Mission

The platform World Class Manufacturing (WCM) was founded as a non-profit initiative, that brings knowledge into industrial organizations so that they are able to develop their production to World Class standards, from shop floor until and with the management. The following mission stated is formulated: 

“Supplying pragmatic, practical and applied knowledge so that the industry becomes World Class” 

Vision

The platform wants to be recognized as a non-profit platform where WCM-knowledge is developed, exchanged and shared, so that companies can create a sustainable competitive advantage. By means of this platform transformation processes are initiated and continuity to those processes is offered.

At the same time a contribution is made to the development of manufacturing knowledge and a network is built in which companies can find knowledge at fellow-companies or knowledge-intensive organizations.
